For those of you who may not know, Jay and I have been progressively trying to have a baby for almost 3 years. After much prayer, doctors appointments, tests, and more prayer, this dream has not come true for us yet. We are down to two options that we are comfortable with, one being an infertility treatment, and one being adoption. Either of theses options are going to cost around $10,000.
Infertility can be a lonely journey, riddled with shame, guilt, and bitterness. This has been a difficult journey to walk through; at times the pain has been almost too much to bear. But it has been in those moments that God has shown us that He is the God of Comfort. God is taking us deeper in Him than we may have walked on our own through this process. We know God is in control and we are trusting Him through all of it.
Jay and I both wrestled with going public with our struggle, but in a world that is increasingly more ready for transparency and with the limited amount of support we’ve found, we prayed about it and decided it was time. Our prayer is that God would use our story for His glory.
Now that we’ve whittled down our options to a couple of pricey ones, we have been praying about some ways we can bring in some extra income to get Baby Porter into this world... enter PREMIER DESIGNS.
I’m very familiar with both the quality of Premier’s products and the integrity of this Christian company. I was a consultant for the first year Jay and I were married and my mother has been a part of the company for over 7 years. I am excited at the idea that this incredible company could be the catalyst to help us bring home Baby Porter. So with the help of my mom Gwen, and my hubby, we are starting our Premier experience once again!
We would love it if you would join us on this journey! If you stick around long enough you can keep up with our baby progress, get fashion tips, and find out the latest and greatest Premier Design promotions & jewelry. And of course, if you are interested in hosting a jewelry party (either in your home, at mine, at Starbucks, on your lunch break , or even a FB Event Party) just let me know!
